Benefits of Health and Safety Inspections

Posted 6 February 2024

The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations Regulation 5 sets out duties to ensure employees have appropriate measures to monitor their health and safety arrangement.

Monitoring can form part of proactive health and safety practices to ensure your arrangements are in place, are adequate and are working to protect your employees and others who may be affected. MSAFE Risk Management's team of skilled and experienced health and safety advisors can assist with your monitoring requirements.

If you are a construction client or contractor, we can undertake regular health and safety monitoring of your construction sites. We use our bespoke software to identify and record hazards and set out potential solutions that your management team can interact with and close out.

Even if you have a health and safety manager in-house, you may find our services of benefit to support when they are on leave or where additional resources are required. They may also want a second opinion to confirm their findings are correct or to support them with cultural improvement.

For other businesses, we can undertake inspections of your properties or a wider organisation review reporting on your compliance with relevant health and safety legislation and best practices.

We have undertaken health and safety reviews in many different sectors including government departments, schools, universities, construction companies, consultants, housing associations, developers, house builders and manufacturing organisations.
